College life!!

infront of u  all....on this platform,
....in a typical way and usual norm,
sharing my ideas ,opinions and feelings,
the before job and after school dealings,
bunking classes is our religion,ragging we enjoy,
making juniors cocks and bulls,either girl or boy.
serious studies for honourable grades,diving there in river of doubts,
serious studies just before exams,all day mugging and several nightouts.
going bankrupt,borrowing money from friends,
for buying new clothes of fashinable trends.
crushes on girls and having fight for them,
are reasons here for pride to be ten on ten,
our most favourite place we are most often seen,
where we really dwell in joy is our college canteen;
for throwing parties,making bets and treats,
for birthday bumps,for some kicks and beats.
midnight tease and lunchtime gags,
tears for love and orkut scraps.
late night novels,dusk and dawn tea,
are reasons to smile for my roommate and me,
but parents when demand our damn grade sheet,
our BP fluctuates with frequent heart beats,
but all goes well and all goes fine,
between rings of smoke and cheers of wine......;)
